YARRAPOST · UPDATED 10 SEPTEMBER 2026
Delete your YarraPost data
Request workspace deletion
- Sign in to your workspace as an administrator.
- Open People & agents → Workspace data and choose Request deletion / check status.
- Review the notice and submit the request. Save the request reference.
- Contact support@yarrapost.com with that reference to arrange verification and review. Do not send passwords, access tokens or sign-in codes.
If you cannot sign in, or want deletion of your personal data from a shared workspace, contact that same address with the email you used and enough information to identify the workspace. We will verify your identity and the scope of the request before removing data.
What happens next
Submitting a request records received. It does not erase data or stop scheduled publishing. Cancel scheduled posts separately if needed. In-flight or uncertain publications require inspection to avoid accidental duplicate posts or incorrect outcome claims.
The operator reviews ownership, shared-workspace effects, publishing state, data scope and backup/log retention with you. A workspace deletion covers its stored content, media, connection credentials, delivery checkpoints and history, identities and sessions, invitations and webhook records. Any retained information and its reason will be identified in the response. A request is not complete until erasure has been verified and you have received the result.
Disconnect a channel
Use Channels → Disconnect to remove the stored connection credentials. This does not delete all workspace data. You can also revoke YarraPost’s authorization in the connected network’s account settings; for Google use Google account permissions.
Published posts
Deleting data from YarraPost does not delete a post or uploaded asset already held by LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook or Instagram. Use the relevant network to manage those items.
