Terms of service

The service

YarraPost is provided by Yarra Systems. It helps people and authorized agents prepare, approve, schedule and publish content to connected social accounts. Contact support@yarrapost.com about the service.

Your accounts and content

Use only accounts you are authorized to manage and content you have the right to publish. Keep credentials secure and grant people and agents only the permissions they need. You retain your rights in your content and authorize YarraPost to store, process and transmit it to provide the publishing actions you request.

Approval and publication

Check the destination, text, media, audience and schedule before approval. Changing content requires approval of the new revision where workspace approval is required. Publishing can be delayed or rejected by a network. Queued or processing status does not mean a post is published. Inspect the final result and published link.

Connected services

Network availability, account eligibility, permissions and supported formats vary. Google/YouTube and Meta customer access are subject to provider review and restrictions. By using YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Other connected services’ terms also apply to your use of those services.

Acceptable use

Do not use YarraPost for unauthorized access, unlawful content, spam or evasion of platform restrictions. You are responsible for the actions of people and agents you authorize. Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse or security incidents.

Privacy and leaving

Our privacy policy describes data handling. You may disconnect channels and revoke agent credentials inside the workspace. Follow the deletion instructions to request removal of stored workspace data. Published social posts are managed separately on their network.
